Parodontology deals with treatment of the components of the
periodontal apparatus (parodontium).

Development of the tissue, its diseases as well as prevention and
treatment of these diseases.

Prevention consultations that include removing plaque and tartar,
treatment of gum diseases (periodontal diseases) and their causes
and consequences.

There are various treatment possibilities available
in our practice, for example:

  • conservative method with scaling, or curettage, closed
  • cosmetic gum surgeries
  • open flap surgeries
  • treatment possibilities with laser
  • methods using ultra-sound, e.g. vector
  • bacteriological germ definition
  • systemic supporting therapies (with medications)
  • oral hygiene instruction and follow-up (recall)
